This is About Beauty

Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.

At the beginning of entering the NCCU, I think life in the university will be so relaxing that I can do everything I would like to do. However, it’s not the truth. In fact, I always feel exhausted, especially when I have to prepare lots of reports and teaching plans. Although sometimes I am very tired, I still like to go up and down the hill because seeing the azure sky, bright-green trees, and colorful flowers makes me release my pressure. In addition to beautiful scenery, there are many innocent children playing on the playground, which also a fantastic scene that I can’t help but smile and become happier.

What I want to tell you is that life is full of beauty. Although you may lead a busy life just like me, you still need to spend a little time appreciating everything around you.

  1. I feel the same as you. I feel exhausted when I need to finish my work before deadlines and it seems like tasks come one after another. Although I don’t like the feeling of racing against the clock, I have no choice but to accept it. However, to keep us from going crazy, we need to find same channels to release our tension and stress. And appreciating the beauty around as is a simple and easy way. Whenever I look up to the sky, I can feel how tiny I am. I am only a spot in the globe and so are the problems they bother me. After that, I look around the trees, grasses and birds. Surprisingly, the nature soothes one’s soul and I get some energy back.
